IBBC Meeting - For members of the International Brain and Behaviour Consortium

AFTERNOON SESSION:
1. Supporting clinical networks including the Network of the Americas
2. Updating existing guidelines and establishing subspecialty recommendations

Room rates are 160 Euro for Single room accommodation, 180 Euro for Double room accommodation based on Run of House (ROH) room allocation.  Upgrade to sea view room subject to availability for a surcharge of 15 Euro per room per night.  Room Rate includes breakfast.  Basic Internet is complimentary in each guest room.  All room reservations must be guaranteed with credit card. 

Participants must indicate their group affiliation (12^th Biennial International 22q11.2 Conference) when making reservations or the group rate will not be extended. 

CUT OFF DATE for reservations May 1, 2020.  After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.

Please note that the reservation may be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. In the event of a cancellation within 14 days or a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full confirmed rate for the entire stay.
