Who do I reach out to for CloudCME issues? +

How do I record attendance for an activity? +
Via text message – A distinct code will be provided for each Grand Rounds, conference and educational activity.

If this is the first time you are texting your attendance, you must first pair your mobile number to your account. Text your email address to (215) 274-0239. You will receive a text notification indicating your phone number has been updated. This is a one-time operation.

Once your account is paired to your mobile number and you have obtained the event code, send the code via text to: (215) 274-0239 .

Please note, attendance can only be recorded 30 mins prior to the activity start time, during the activity and 30 mins after the activity closes.
Why am I receiving an error when texting in for attendance? +
Reason 1: If you attempt to record attendance for an activity you are not registered for, you will receive a message stating the activity requires pre-registration before you can record your attendance.

Reason 2: You have not paired your mobile phone to your CloudCME account. Text the email address entered in your profile and you will receive a text message confirming that your phone number has been updated.
