Overview

The conference will be held on the first floor of the Abramson Research Building. The registration fee is $285. For accredited fellows and residents the fee is $150.  Registration fee for RN's is $100. The registration fee includes buffet breakfast, breaks, lunch and parking. Space is limited so please register early. As part of our ongoing green initiative, syllabus materials will not be distributed at the conference, but will be available online up to one week prior and two weeks following the conference. Registration deadline is Monday, November 26, 2108.  Tours will begin at the conclusion of the program. Please note on the registration form if you will be attending the cocktail reception on Thursday evening and/or staying for a tour on Friday.

Objectives
  1. Discuss the global impact of the risk and challenges of ROP blindness.
  2. Determine the advantages and disadvantages of anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (anti-VEGF) treatment for serious ROP compared to laser photocoagulation.
  3. Explain and put in perspective the recent clinical trials of oxygen therapy in the premature infant.
