This dynamic one-day conference brings together transport experts to explore the latest clinical management, safety innovations, and team-based approaches in neonatal and pediatric transport. 1. 80% of learners will articulate at least one current guidelines for pre-hospital and inter-facility transport of critically ill neonates, infants, children, and adolescents.
2. 80% of learners will identify at least one situation-specific assessment and stabilization skills in the care and management of complex, critical patients needing transport.
3. 80% of learners will describe at least one new neonatal and pediatric specific procedural skills, including alternative approaches.
4. 80% of learners will explain at least one evidence-based practice that can be used to enhance medical decision-making during neonatal and pediatric emergency transports.
