Overview

With four tailored tracks — Acute Care, Ambulatory & Primary Care, Managing APPs and Informatics — attendees can customize their experience based on their clinical focus and professional goals. Each track offers concurrent sessions featuring expert-led presentations, case-based discussions, practical takeaways and networking opportunities. Whether you’re seeking to deepen clinical expertise, explore data-driven care, or enhance leadership skills, the program provides valuable insights and strategies for every stage of advanced practice. Attendees can earn more than 50 continuing education hours, including pharmacology hours.

The conference is targeted to advanced practice providers, physician colleagues, nurses and students in all practice areas throughout the spectrum of advanced practice and pediatric healthcare.

Objectives
  1. 80% of participants will identify that they have an increase in knowledge of pediatric healthcare practices.
  2. 80% of participants will report to integrate evidence-based practices learned during the conference into their clinical practice, resulting in improved patient care outcomes.
  3. 80% of participants will identify that after attending the conference they will engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, fostering communication and teamwork among interdisciplinary teams.
  4. 80% of participants will report that after attending the conference they gained insights into strategies for delivering patient-centered care, addressing cultural competency, communication skills, and shared decision-making.

Accreditation

In support of improving patient care, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.





Designation of Credit

Nurses: This activity provides a maximum of 48 ANCC contact hours.

Physician Assistant: Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia has been authorized by the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA) to award AAPA Category 1 CME credit for activities planned in accordance with AAPA CME Criteria. This activity is designated for a maximum of 48 AAPA Category 1 CME credits. PAs should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation.
