This Program Has Been CANCELLED

The Pulmonary Hypoplasia Program (PHP) invites parents and caregivers of children with congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH), giant omphalocele and lung lesions to a special half-day program to learn more about their child’s diagnosis and the latest research being conducted in the PHP.

You will have the opportunity to connect with the PHP team and other parents and caregivers.

Preregistration is required. This program welcomes parents and caregivers, as well as patients who are older than 14. Each family member must register in order to attend.

Light refreshments will be served. Free parking will be available in the Wood Center and Buerger Center parking garages.
