The Division of Ophthalmology at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia invites you to attend this half-day course intended for pediatric ophthalmologists, pediatric and adult oculoplastic surgeons, dermatologists, oncologists, radiologists and other healthcare professionals interested in oculoplastic and orbital surgery.

This event will be part of the Philadelphia Pediatric Ophthalmology Symposium — Oct. 17-19, 2019. This is a partnership between Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and Wills Eye Hospital. Other events scheduled to occur during this two-day symposium include the visiting professor lecture series on Oct. 17 and the Joseph Calhoun Pediatric Ophthalmology Forum on Oct. 18, both of which will be held at Wills Eye Hospital. Space Assignments

The conference will be held on the first floor of the Leonard and Madlyn Abramson Pediatric Research Center located on The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia campus.  Exhibits will be setup on the 1st floor (just outside the conference room). Table assignment shall be determined on a first-come, first-served basis.

No displays and exhibits material can be tacked or taped to walls or ceilings.

Please Note: Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia/CME Department will not be responsible for receiving/storing/transporting of any exhibit materials.  Company representatives are responsible for their own shipping/receiving handling fees.

If needed, all representative will need to complete a BOL (bill of lading) for any freight shipment or the standard Federal Express or UPS labeling for all other shipment.  All representatives must pack, label and return all materials to the loading docks for pick-up on the next business day.

Parking

- Parking vouchers (for CHOP parking garages ONLY) will be distributed

- Upon exiting, the parker must scan the original ticket at the exit verifier

- The Courtesy Coupons acts as a chaser ticket (after scanning the ticket that was dispensed at the entrance, scan the Courtesy Coupon)
