Delivery Room of the Future

The field of Delivery Room Resuscitation is rapidly advancing. This conference will feature the patient-oriented research and clinical updates on topics related to delivery room management of newborns with anomalies, including methods to optimize team performance. The objective of this conference is to enhance audience understanding of delivery room management of newborns with congenital anomalies, and to apply the latest information to their clinical practices. The objectives of each session are communicated to all participants prior to the conference.

1. To discuss evolving clinical practices for delivery room management of newborns with congenital anomalies
2. To describe strategies for inter-professional teams to optimize delivery room care for newborns with congenital anomalies
3. To identify applications of innovative tools to improve delivery room care

Physicians: $250

Nurses, Trainees and Other Healthcare Providers: $189

Registration fee includes breakfast, lunch, breaks and syllabus material.

Designation of Credit

Physicians: Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia designates this live activity for a maximum of 6.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Nurses: This program provides 8.75 ANCC hours.

Joint Accreditation

This activity was planned by and for the healthcare team, and learners will receive 6.25 Interprofessional Continuing Education (IPCE) credit for learning and change.

AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ (6.50 hours)

A block of rooms has been reserved at reduced rates at The Study, located just a few blocks from Children’s Hospital. The group overnight rate is $269 single and double occupancy plus a 16.25% room tax. Participants are required to make their own hotel reservations by calling The Study directly at 215-387-1400. Please mention the name of the conference when making your reservation. The special room rate will be available until September 13, 2026. After that date, reservations will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.
