Overview
This conference provides an opportunity to build leadership skills through enhanced shared decision-making skills, networking, and sharing of leadership tools for application at the bedside and beyond.

Objectives
Upon completing this course, participants will be able to:

  1. Describe a leadership skill they will apply in their role
  2. Describe how the elements of evidence-based practice (EBP) enhance their leadership skills

Registration
The conference will be held in the HUB for Clinical Collaboration at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. The registration fee is $100 in person and $50 virtual and includes lunch, parking and educational materials.

Accreditation
The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education to physicians.
