This international conference is targeted for healthcare providers working with survivors of childhood and adolescent cancer including but not limited to advanced practice providers, nurses, physicians, social workers and school nurses.
The conference offers a wide variety of topics related to all aspects of cancer survivorship.

NURSING CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT APPROVED PROVIDER STATEMENT
ACCREDITATION
In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

DESIGNATION OF CREDIT
Nurses: This program provides 12.0 ANCC contact hours.

SOCIAL WORK ACCREDITATION STATEMENT
CHOP is a pre-approved provider of continuing education credits for Pennsylvania Licensed Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists, and Professional Counselors. Participants licensed in Pennsylvania who attend the full conference and complete the required evaluation are eligible for 12.0 Continuing Education Credits. Participants licensed in other states should check with local licensing boards to determine continuing education approval.

ANCC NCPD Contact Hours (11.75 hours)

A block of rooms has been reserved at reduced rates at The Study located just a few blocks from Children’s Hospital. The group overnight rate is $249 single and double occupancy plus a 16.25% room tax. Participants are required to make their own hotel reservations by calling The Study directly at 215-387-1400.
