11th Biennial International 22q11.2 Conference

In addition to state-of-the-art presentations with opportunities for cross fertilization, this conference includes an outstanding social program with a not to be missed Poolside and Ping Pong Welcome Reception on Wednesday, July 11th, a traditional First Nations Gala Dinner with Dancing on Thursday, July 12th, and Friday evening, July 13th reserved for individual team dinners!

The professional meeting follows the International Brain and Behavior Consortium gathering to be held Monday and Tuesday, July 9th and 10th, and precedes the Family Meeting to be held Saturday  and Sunday, July 14th and 15th, followed by a locally hosted “Fun Day Monday” on July 16th.

No accreditation will be available for this meeting.

Poster Instructions:

• Posters are expected to be displayed for the entirety of the conference.

• Authors with Odd Numbered Posters should be present during the Wednesday, July 11^th Poster Session.

• Authors with Even Numbered Posters should be present during the Thursday, July 12^th Poster Session.

• Highest scoring posters will be noted with a ribbon.

Maximum Poster dimensions are 34” wide x 43” long (87cm wide by 110cm long), portrait orientation

Hotel Accommodations

A block of rooms at reduced rates have been reserved at the Four Seasons Resort Whistler.  All group room rates are subject to applicable taxes and fees.  Sleeping room rates are based on one or two adults per room.  A charge of $50 CAD per room per night will be assigned for a third, plus applicable taxes and fees.  No additional charge for children under the age of 18 in parents’ room. 

Participants are required to make their own hotel reservations by calling the Four Seasons directly at (604) 935-3400, toll free 1-888-935-3400 or [email protected] and request the Reservations Department.  Participants must indicate their group affiliation when making reservations or the group rate will not be extended.  Direct reservations must be made prior to June 10, 2018.  After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.

Currently, the proposed taxes and fees on room rate is 15%.

• Deluxe King/Twin – Group Rate is $295 CAD

• Four Season Executive Suite and Deluxe Executive Suite – Group Rate is $350 CAD

Resort King Rooms and Superior Rooms can only hold 2 adults per room.  Should there be a request for a 3^rd adult, a Deluxe Room with a pull out sofa will be necessary.
