Nicole Hahnlen RN, CHPPN has served as the nurse clinical program coordinator of Penn State Health Children’s Hospital Hummingbird Program since its inception in 2007.  Drawing on a diverse background as a pediatric critical care nurse and child life specialist, Nicole now works to promote seamless care for patients with complex life-limiting medical conditions throughout all care arenas, including hospital, home, and their community. Nicole holds a B.S. in nursing from the Pennsylvania State University and a B.A. in family studies from Messiah University.
