Graduated from The Ohio State University with MS in Nursing in 2006 and Bachelors in Agriculture in 2003.
I worked as a nurse practitioner in pediatric palliative care at Penn State Health Children’s Hospital for 14 years. I previously worked for nearly 5 years in pediatric hematology/oncology. I recently transitioned back to pediatric hematology/oncology in July 2025, caring for outpatient stem cell transplant patients and helping to grow an integrative oncology program at Penn State Health Children’s Hospital.
I completed the Pediatric ELNEC Train the Trainer program in 2009, and have taught portions of the course since 2012.
I hold certifications in pediatric hospice and palliative nursing (CHPPN), pediatric oncology nursing (CPON), pain management nursing (RN-BC), and functional medicine (IFMCP).
