Doug Reifler is a primary care general internist who began developing programming in the 1990s in the Medical Humanities and Bioethics Program of Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine. He has since contributed to medical humanities programming at Chicago Medical School of Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine of Temple University, and at Cooper Medical School of Rowan University (CMSRU). He currently serves as Senior Associate Dean for Professional Formation and Medical Humanities at CMSRU and as a Core Faculty member of the CMSRU Center for Humanism in Camden, NJ.
