Bio:

Heather Hopkins, MSN, RNC-NIC, C-ELBW, NPD-BC, is a Neonatal Clinical Education Nurse Specialist with over 10+ years of experience in neonatal nursing. Her practice demonstrates a passion for neonatal care, education, and simulation. Heather enjoys creating immersive content and learning opportunities to support and professionally develop the newest generation of bedside nurses.  Heather has strong, results-driven experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams implementing evidenced-based practice quality improvement transforming culture change. Heather is also a part-time faculty for the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Nursing as a Pediatric Clinical Instructor.
