David Weber, MD, MSCE is an attending physician in the Division of Endocrinology and Diabetes at CHOP and Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. He is currently serving as the Medical Director of the Center for Bone Health and also the Director of the Nutrition Clinical Research Core at CHOP. He is in internationally recognized expert in the bone health and clinical care of children with complex diseases and has contributed to care guidelines for people with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD), Friedreich’s Ataxia and the use of DXA in children. At CHOP he attends in several multi-disciplinary clinics for medically complex children including DMD, complex vascular anomalies (CVAP), and endocrine late effects of childhood cancer (ELECT).
