PERSONAL STATEMENT:

Dr. Hoffman is board certified in both pediatrics and preventive medicine. Dr. Hoffman has been a practicing pediatrician at Health Center #6 since 2007. In addition, Dr. Hoffman has served as the Medical Director of the Fatality Review Program, which is a unit of the Medical Examiner’s Office and a part of the Philadelphia Department of Public Health.

In his role at the Fatality Review Program, Dr. Hoffman supervises several bereavement counselors as well as runs the Child Death Review, Homeless Death Review and Maternal Mortality Review teams for the Philadelphia Department of Public Health.
