Dr. Robert B. Lindell is an Assistant Professor of Critical Care and Pediatrics at the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine and an attending physician in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. He completed his premedical studies at the University of Georgia and his medical education at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. He then served as a pediatrics resident, pediatrics chief resident, and pediatric critical care medicine fellow at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Dr. Lindell’s clinical and translational research efforts are focused on enhancing our understanding of the immunobiology of pediatric sepsis, particularly in immunocompromised children. His research contributions have been recognized with national awards from the Society of Critical Care Medicine, American Thoracic Society, and American Medical Informatics Association.
